What this website collects, and what Dave does with it.
TB Water is a family business in Tarpon Springs. This page says in plain words what happens to the details you give us on tbwater.com.
Effective September 18, 2026
- We only collect what you type into our two forms.
- No tracking cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels.
- We never sell, rent or trade your information.
- Ask any time and we’ll show you what we have, fix it, or delete it.
What we collect
When you check your water
To build your report we ask for your name and ZIP code. An email or phone number is optional. When your report opens, your name, ZIP, any contact details you added, the name of your water utility and the top issues in your report are sent to TB Water. That happens even if you don’t leave a way to reach you, so Dave can see who looked.
When you send us a message
Your name, your email and/or phone number, your water type, what you write, and whether you ticked the box that says we can follow up.
What we don’t collect
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We never ask for payment details, your Social Security number or your date of birth on this website.
How we use it
- To answer your question, give you a price, or set up a visit.
- If you ticked the follow-up box: to check in about your water and remind you when a filter or service is due. Tell Dave to stop any time and he will.
- That’s it. No mailing lists, and nothing is sold.
Who else handles it
A few services make the website work. Each one handles your information only to do its job:
- Formspree delivers both forms to TB Water’s email and keeps its own copy for up to 30 days.
- GitHub Pages hosts the website. Like any web host, it records basic technical details such as your IP address for security.
- Google Fonts supplies the lettering on these pages, so your browser connects to Google to load it.
We don’t share mobile phone numbers with anyone for their marketing or promotions. We’d only share your details otherwise if the law required it. Links to Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and the EWG water database take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
Your messages and report details stay with TB Water’s customer records so we can help you later. If you’d rather we didn’t keep them, ask and we’ll delete them.
Your choices
Call, text or email Dave to see what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop follow-ups. You don’t need to give a reason.
Children
This website is for homeowners. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Do Not Track
We don’t track visitors across other websites, so a browser’s Do Not Track setting doesn’t change anything here.
Changes to this page
If anything here changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
